Yes. We work with you to agree data handling terms before any project starts. We can host entirely within your existing infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and we never train AI models on your data. We carry professional indemnity insurance and can sign a Data Processing Agreement.
It depends on your use case, budget, and data requirements. We typically use Claude (Anthropic) or GPT-4 (OpenAI), but we're model-agnostic. For sensitive data we can run models locally or in private cloud environments that never send data to third-party servers.
