How is it priced?
The Sprint starts from £1,500. Pricing scales by business size and the scope we agree on a free call, so you know exactly what you're committing to before anything is signed.
What if we decide not to build anything afterwards?
That's completely fine. The report and roadmap are yours to keep. Some clients use them to brief internal teams or other suppliers. Our goal is to give you a clear plan, not to lock you into the next step.
Who do you need to speak to on the day?
Usually a mix of people: leadership for priorities, and two or three people who do the day-to-day work. We run focused sessions throughout the day, so the time commitment per person is light.
Do you need access to our systems?
We'll ask to observe key workflows, which may mean a screen share or a walk-through of how your team uses specific tools. We don't need admin access or credentials to your systems to run the Sprint.
What does the final report actually look like?
A clear document with a ranked list of AI opportunities, estimated time and cost savings for each, quick wins you can act on immediately, a simple AI use policy for your team, and a costed roadmap for the builds that make the most sense. We walk through it with you in a 60-minute session.
Do we need to be based near you?
No. We work remotely with businesses anywhere in the UK. Interviews and the final walkthrough are all done over video call.
